Warranty Information

• Service work and technical repairs, software or otherwise, is warranted for a period of Ninety (90) days from date of service.
• Computer builds are warranted 12 months from date of purchase for parts1 and Ninety (90) days for labour.
• Refurbished computers or computers involved in the Child-Tech program are warranted for Ninety (90) days.

Disclaimer: All warranties are based on the date of the receipt. This is the only acceptable proof of purchase and warranty and MUST be provided at the time of service request. Products determined by the manufacturer to be physically damaged, misused, or water damaged with not be covered and will void further warranties on said product.
